Work Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
Work Location: Ahmedabad – Science City (Work from Office)
Workdays & Timings: Mondays to Friday – 06:30PM to 03:30AM (US Night-Shift)
Experience: Minimum 1 yr. of experience required (Freshers are Welcome)
Salary: Starting Salary 25,000/- per month Salary after 3 months 27,300/- per month
Important Skills: Proficient English (MANDATORY)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request.
Requirements:
✓ Must be a Graduate.
✓ Strong active-listening and Verbal communication skills - ability to comprehend English is essential.
✓ Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.
✓ Flexibility to work in shifts will be required.
✓ Should be able to apply rules and guidelines to case situations after understanding the case.
✓ Prior experience in the US Healthcare Calling Process, medical records retrieval preferred not mandatory.
