- Manage and oversee all metrology, dimensional inspection, and customer service operations for onsite and in-house projects.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding measurement services, inspection activities, and project deliverables.
- Lead installation, operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of metrology equipment including CMMs, Laser Trackers, portable measurement systems, and 3D scanners.
- Develop and implement measurement strategies based on engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T requirements, and customer quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor metrology engineers, technicians, and quality inspectors to ensure high technical competency and service quality.
- Review inspection reports, measurement data, and root cause analysis to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of customer projects while maintaining measurement accuracy and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems, customer requirements, and internal operational procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
