Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Explain jewellery designs, purity, pricing, making charges, schemes, and offers.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Assist in displaying, arranging, and maintaining jewellery showcases.
- Handle billing support, customer inquiries, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, presentation, and product organization.
- Support inventory checks and stock management when required.
- Promote jewellery saving schemes and ongoing promotional activities.
Requirements.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in jewellery will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.
