About the Role Madison on Peddar is a premium fashion house with stores in Mumbai and Delhi. We're looking for someone to take ownership of our POS and inventory system and keep our retail operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with systems, stock and data — and likes being the person the store teams count on.
What You'll Do
Own our POS and ERP system — product setup, pricing, discounts, user access and reports Keep inventory accurate — stock reconciliation, store-to-store transfers, adjustments and stock counts Prepare simple daily and weekly reports — sales, stock ageing and inventory accuracy Be the go-to person for any system, hardware or network issue, and coordinate with our software team when needed Handle basic IT support — laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, email IDs and backups Support and train the Mumbai and Delhi store teams What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience with a POS or ERP system (retail or fashion background is a plus) Good working knowledge of Excel, especially VLOOKUP Comfortable with numbers, stock and day-to-day problem solving
