The American Accreditation Association (AAA), an ISQua-certified global accreditation body, is seeking a distinguished leader to serve as our Country Representative in India.
This is a remote, contract role based on revenue sharing for a Country Representative in India. The Country Representative will serve as the primary liaison between AAA and healthcare stakeholders in India to promote accreditation programs and build strategic relationships. Responsibilities include initiating outreach efforts, organizing training workshops and seminars, providing ongoing consultation to healthcare organizations, and maintaining an understanding of local regulatory requirements and market trends. The role also involves ensuring healthcare organizations align with AAA’s standards for excellence.
Your Role:

✅ Build strong partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
✅ Promote AAA’s internationally recognized accreditation standards
✅ Support healthcare leaders in advancing quality and patient safety
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Relationship Management, Business Development, and Stakeholder Engagement
Knowledgeable in Regulatory Compliance, Healthcare Quality Standards, and Accreditation Processes
Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data-Driven Decision Making
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with cultural sensitivity
Capability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation
A background in healthcare, public health, or accreditation is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related fields required; a Master’s degree is advantageous
Fluency in English and at least one regional language spoken in India is a plus
