Business Unit: Retail Secured Loans (LAP / Mortgage / Secured Business Loans)
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Retail Secured Loans will drive business growth in the Chittoor territory by managing a frontline sales team and developing a strong DSA and channel partner ecosystem. The role requires solid market connections, in?depth understanding of secured lending, and the ability to ensure quality sourcing while achieving monthly targets.

Achieve sales targets for LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Secured Business Loans.

Develop business through DSAs, connectors, property agents, and open market channels.

Expand company presence across Chittoor town and surrounding mandals (Tirupati belt, Madanapalle, Punganur etc.).

Conduct regular market visits to identify new customer segments and high?potential micro?markets.

Lead, supervise, and drive productivity of Sales Managers / Sales Officers.

Track end?to?end funnel movement—lead generation to disbursement.

Conduct daily/weekly review meetings for performance, gaps, and corrective action.

Train the team on product, credit norms, documentation, and competition insights.

Identify, onboard, and activate DSAs across Chittoor & nearby regions.

Build strong ongoing relationships to ensure consistent lead flow.

Ensure DSA compliance with KYC norms, documentation quality, and credit policy adherence.

Conduct partner engagement, motivation activities, and performance reviews.

Work closely with credit managers for file assessments, legal/technical checks, and timely sanctions.

Ensure high?quality sourcing to maintain a healthy portfolio with minimum delinquency.

Coordinate with operations for smooth processing & disbursements.

Track competitor offerings, pricing, TAT, and policy movements.

Share insights with senior leadership to refine local strategies.

Identify growth opportunities in emerging pockets within the Chittoor district.

Maintain daily reports, MIS, funnel trackers, and DSA performance sheets.

Ensure adherence to company policies, audit norms, and regulatory compliance.

Strong knowledge of secured lending (LAP / Mortgage)

Graduate
-
5–10 years of secured loan sales experience

Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience

Strong local market knowledge of Chittoor & surrounding geography
