Responsibilities-
Driving Secondary sales with DSR’s(Distributor Sales Representative).
Coaching and Motivating DSR
Make Monthly Collection Plan and Drive through DSRs
Implement company designed programmes.
Make strategies to improve market share for the product portfolio.
Salary – 30000 to 50000 based on the Experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
