We are looking for a highly motivated, smart, and result-driven IT Sales Executive who has strong experience in ERP & Software Sales and can help us expand our software business aggressively in the market.

Job Role:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into clients
- Promote and sell ERP & software solutions to businesses
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable software solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Handle follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Coordinate with the technical team during project implementation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and expand the company’s ERP/software client network
Requirements:
- Experience in ERP or Software Sales is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of business processes and IT solutions
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and close deals confidently
