Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions including E-commerce, Business Development, CRM, Operations, and Marketing. The ideal candidate should be fast, process-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume hiring in a dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding
- Handle multiple open roles simultaneously across departments
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
- Explore new sourcing strategies and hiring channels
Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist relevant candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
- Align hiring strategies with business needs
Offer & Negotiation
- Manage offer rollouts and salary negotiations
- Ensure strong offer-to-joining conversion rates
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding
Reporting & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates)
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring status
- Generate weekly/monthly hiring reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
