Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms in good working condition. The role includes preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and ensuring guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from guests and hotel departments.
- Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to the hotel schedule.
- Inspect hotel equipment and utilities regularly to ensure proper operation.
- Replace defective parts, bulbs, switches, faucets, locks, and other fixtures.
- Maintain records of maintenance work completed.
- Follow safety procedures and hotel policies at all times.
- Assist during emergencies such as power failures, water leaks, and equipment breakdowns.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade preferred.
- Experience in hotel maintenance is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts as per hotel operations.
- On-call availability for emergency maintenance issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
