In this context, We are seeking a passionate and skilled Culinary Lab Faculty to join Swasthya Kendram from AY 2026–27. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting hands-on culinary sessions for middle school students, fostering practical cooking skills, nutrition awareness, creativity, and safe kitchen practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging culinary and food preparation classes.
- Teach basic cooking techniques, nutrition, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
- Manage kitchen equipment, inventory, and ingredient usage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment for students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/Certification in Hospitality & Hotel Administration.
- Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Prior teaching/training experience in an educational institution.
- Functional knowledge of kitchen equipment, inventory management, ingredient costing, and food safety standards.
Salary shall commensurate with experience
