Job Description: -
We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Head/AGM to lead our Solar Module Sales division based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in sales operations, team leadership, process optimization, and business development. The role will be responsible for driving solar module sales, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring sustained business growth.
Job Roles and Responsibilities: -
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar modules across multiple markets.
· Identify, evaluate, and establish new business opportunities in the solar energy domain.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Solar EPC companies, manufacturers, dealer networks, and government nodal agencies.
· Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Drive channel sales development to strengthen the retail business.
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
· Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve business objectives.
· Ensure all sales operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategies for brand building and business growth.
· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand business opportunities.
Key Requirements: -
· Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in solar module sales.
· Strong background in sales with a specific focus on the solar energy sector.
· Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and consistently achieving sales targets.
· Expertise in domestic solar module sales; international market exposure will be considered an added advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and design effective sales strategies.
