Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated CAD Designer & 3D Printing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CAD modeling and a strong interest in product design, prototyping, and 3D printing. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D CAD models based on customer-provided images, dimensions, sketches, or requirements.
- Convert customer concepts into manufacturable 3D models.
- Prepare files for 3D printing and optimize designs for production.
- Operate and monitor 3D printers during production.
- Perform dimensional checks and quality inspections on printed parts.
- Conduct test fitting and functional testing of prototypes.
- Modify and improve designs based on customer feedback.
- Troubleshoot minor printing and design issues.
- Maintain project documentation and design files.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer projects.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CAD modeling.
- Familiarity with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Basic knowledge of 3D printing technologies (FDM, Resin, etc.) is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Qualifications
- Diploma, ITI, BE/BTech, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in CAD design will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D printers and slicing software.
- Knowledge of STL file preparation and print settings.
- Basic understanding of product development and prototyping processes.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
