Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to manage our company’s online presence across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
- Run paid campaigns and optimize performance (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Analyze performance using tools and generate weekly/monthly reports
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams
- Handle comments, messages, and customer engagement professionally
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation and brand growth
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT/Digital Marketing industry
- Knowledge of video editing tools and content strategy
- Hands-on experience in paid advertising campaigns
