Core Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to introduce products/services, explain features, and persuade them to buy or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Call Handling: Address incoming calls from existing or potential clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.
- Lead Management: Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
- Customer Data Management: Accurately record interactions, update customer contact details, and maintain detailed call logs in databases (CRM).
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights, grievances, and suggestions to relay to relevant departments for service improvement.
- Sales Targets: Work to achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
