Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Inbound Sales) to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs). The candidate will also support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt resolutions.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Resolve customer issues within defined SLA timelines.
Support inbound sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
