Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) Job Description
1. Understands Commercial automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
2. Develop Buyers/Customer and maintaining rapport with previous customers. Responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
3. Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
4. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
5. Beat Plan Follow Up, Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
6. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; attending Seminars, elearn, attending online test.
7. Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
8. Participating in monthly review meeting.
SKILLS:
Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Selling to Customer Needs, Financial Skills, and Documentation Skills, Telephone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Customer Focus, Job Knowledge.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:-
12th/BA/B Com/B. Sc (PCM)/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/B.Tech. Mechanical/Electricial with 2-5 Years Sales experience in commercial Automobile Sector (Three Wheeler/SCV or ILCV, Insurance/Finance etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
