About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across your assigned territory by building strong relationships with gym owners, fitness entrepreneurs, distributors, educational institutions, hospitality businesses, and corporate clients.
This is a consultative sales role where success comes from understanding customer requirements, identifying business opportunities, and recommending the right fitness equipment solutions.
You'll represent the Ignite brand in your region while contributing to our mission of making world-class fitness solutions more accessible across India.
What You'll Do
Business Development
● Drive sales growth across your assigned territory by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
● Build and manage relationships with gym owners, fitness chains, educational institutions, corporate clients, hotels, and sports facilities.
● Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy business margins.
Customer Engagement
● Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored fitness equipment solutions.
● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
● Build long-term relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
● Provide post-sales support by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely installations and customer satisfaction.
Market Development
● Expand Ignite's brand presence within the assigned territory.
● Develop partnerships with architects, interior designers, consultants, fitness influencers, and industry professionals.
● Represent Ignite at fitness expos, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Business Excellence
● Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
● Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
● Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
● Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and have a genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry.
You should have:
● 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel sales.
● Experience in fitness equipment, sports goods, wellness, healthcare, commercial interiors, hospitality, lifestyle products, or related industries will be preferred.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
● A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage an independent territory.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
