Role Overview
As a Client Servicing Executive/Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients and our internal teams. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and help grow business through exceptional service and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative and marketing projects.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and strategy teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports for clients as required.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.
- Track market trends and share insights to support brand and service development.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or healthcare communication).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
