We are looking for an experienced Amazon Shipment Manager to manage day-to-day Amazon Shipments and ensure that all shipments are packed and dispatched on time. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipment status, resolving operational issues, creating cases with Amazon Seller Support when required, and maintaining smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all Amazon Shipment and ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain daily shipment plans based on Amazon requirements.
- Ensure all Amazon shipments are dispatched within the required timeline to avoid delays and operational issues.
- Verify that the correct SKU/product and exact quantity are packed before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure there is no shortage, excess quantity, wrong SKU, or missing product in Amazon shipments.
- Identify cases where the quantity physically dispatched does not match the quantity mentioned in the Amazon shipment.
- Maintain proper records of planned quantity vs. packed quantity vs. dispatched quantity.
- Establish proper checking and verification processes to minimize short shipments and dispatch errors.
- Identify failed pickups, delayed shipments, stuck shipments, incomplete dispatches, and other logistics issues.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse, packing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth Amazon fulfilment.
- Ensure the warehouse team understands the exact Amazon shipment quantity and SKU requirements.
- Identify the root cause of repeated packing or dispatch errors and take corrective action.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Shipment management.
- Good understanding of Amazon shipment and dispatch processes.
- Experience in creating and following up on Amazon Seller Support cases.
- Strong knowledge of order processing, packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline preferred.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Amazon, e-commerce, marketplace, warehouse, or order fulfilment operations preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
