Trainer – Sales
Role Purpose:
To provide sales training and ongoing coaching to Edubex sales staff, ensuring they have strong product knowledge, effective sales skills, and a thorough understanding of operational processes related to international edtech products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales team members.
- Train staff on Edubex's international education products, services, and value propositions.
- Develop and update sales scripts, pitch decks, and training materials.
- Conduct role-plays, mock sales calls, and performance assessments.
- Train teams on sales operations, CRM usage, lead management, and reporting procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and identify training needs.
- Collaborate with sales managers to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to sales executives.
- Stay updated on international education trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Pay: ₹15,228.95 - ₹48,828.70 per month
