Job Description:
A Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team, achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, and developing sales strategies for the company. Their main goal is to increase sales and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Planning & Strategy
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients.
- Set sales targets for the team.
2. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
3. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Expand the company’s customer base.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track sales metrics and analyze performance.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Implement improvements to meet targets.
5. Coordination with Other Departments
- Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Align sales activities with company goals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA
preferred.
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
· Minimum3-5years of experience in a sales leadership role, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage a high-performance sales team.
· Strong understanding of networking technologies, internet infrastructure, and related services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
