UST Title: Developer III - Enterprise Solutions About the Role
The HR DX Consultant – Workday Extend & Integration will play a key role in supporting and enhancing UST's HR Digital Experience (HR DX) landscape. The consultant will be responsible for supporting Workday, Workday Extend applications, integrations, reporting, system administration, and HR technology initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, vendors, and technical teams, this role will help deliver innovative HR solutions and ensure seamless system operations across global environments.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain HRIS platforms including Workday, Case Management Systems, and integration platforms such as SnapLogic.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, and system settings.
- Develop, maintain, and support Workday Extend applications based on business requirements.
- Build, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions for HR stakeholders.
- Act as a consultant to provide innovative and scalable solutions to HR and business requirements.
- Support incident management and ensure timely resolution of system-related issues.
- Coordinate with Workday and other technology vendors to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
- Support system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and change management activities.
- Perform data maintenance activities, including mass uploads and data corrections.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge articles, support documentation, and process guides.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in testing activities, including system validation, integration testing, and release testing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across HR operations.
- Leverage strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support business objectives.
What you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Experience working with Workday Extend and Workday Integrations.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms and HR business processes.
- Experience configuring systems, maintaining reports, dashboards, and security access.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technology requests effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within global cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to support stakeholders in European time zones.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Bonus points if:
- Experience with SnapLogic or other integration platforms.
- Exposure to SAFe and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Previous experience in HR Operations, HRIS Support, or an HRIS Service Centre environment.
- Experience managing HR technology enhancement projects.
- Exposure to multinational organizations and multicultural work environments.
- Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
