Job Summary: Weare seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sports Officer to drive admissions and revenue growth for our Sports Academy. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, lead generation, school visits, parent counseling, and converting prospects into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits to schools, residential societies, clubs, and corporate offices. Promote academy programs (e.g., cricket, football, basketball, fitness training, etc.). Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and sports trials. Meet parents and students to explain academy programs, fee structure, and benefits. Conducting Home Demo, Center Academy Demo and converting them into admissions Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly admission targets. Build relationships with school authorities and local community leaders. Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking in CRM or reporting system. Follow up with prospects through calls and meetings. Coordinate with coaching and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students. Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in field sales / education sales / sports marketing, preference will be given to candidates from Edtech background. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Willingness to travel locally. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Passion for sports (preferred).
