Core Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Handling grievances, employee queries, and organizing team-building activities to improve morale.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems and assisting with career development and training initiatives.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations, updating policies, and managing employee records.
- Payroll and Benefits: Administering payroll, leave management, and benefits .
Core Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Managing office supplies, facility management, and infrastructure.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Dealing with service providers (canteen, security, travel, maintenance).
- Security & Safety: Ensuring safety compliance, including fire safety, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management.
- Support Services: Handling travel management, Front Office activities, and housekeeping.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5–10+ years in combined HR and administrative roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Office software.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
