About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels. You'll own the full performance funnel from ad spend and targeting to conversion tracking and ROI reporting helping us scale customer acquisition efficiently and profitably. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into numbers, testing hypotheses, and turning data into action.
- 1 –3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Proven track record managing paid media budgets and driving measurable ROI
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
