Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical.
* Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
* Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
* Manage large strategic accounts and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.
* Collaborate with technical pre-sales and project execution teams for solution development.
* Lead proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
* Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions.
* Mentor junior sales or business development team members.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and report sales forecasts to the management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements:
* B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)
* 5-10 years of proven experience in selling Industrial Automation products/solutions
* Strong network with Automation OEMs and Automotive/Manufacturing clients
* Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, Sensors, Industrial Networking, and IIoT
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel across the region.
* Willing to travel frequently across India
* Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
