Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
