Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of products
- Identify defects and take corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Train and supervise quality control staff
- Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports
- Coordinate with production and other departments to improve quality
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
