We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Process Automation team. You will design, build, and support Microsoft 365 solutions - spanning SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot-enabled workflows - that help our clients digitize processes, automate approvals, and modernize their intranets and document management systems. This role blends hands-on development with direct client and stakeholder interaction across presales and delivery.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint Online solutions - including intranet portals, document/case management systems, and knowledge repositories - using SPFx, PnP, and modern web parts.
- Build low-code/no-code business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate.
- Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs; participate in architecture discussions, solution estimation, and presales support.
- Develop and maintain REST/CSOM APIs, PnP PowerShell scripts, and custom connectors for third-party integrations.
- Manage site collections, permissions, content types, metadata, and governance across SharePoint Online environments.
- Lead or support migration initiatives (SPMT, ShareGate, or equivalent) from legacy systems or SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, demo solutions, and provide production support and enhancements.
- Follow Agile delivery practices, document technical designs, and mentor junior developers within the team.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development, including SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern web parts.
- Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse; Power BI is a plus.
- Experience with REST APIs, CSOM, and PnP PowerShell for automation and customization.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture: site structures, content types, metadata, permissions, and search.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and Azure AD/Entra ID integration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-enabled workflow automation.
- Migration experience using tools such as ShareGate, SPMT, or Sharegate-equivalent platforms.
- Microsoft certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), or SharePoint-related certifications.
- Prior experience in an IT services/consulting environment with presales or client-facing exposure.
