We're looking for dynamic and result-oriented Travel Sales Consultant for our US Process
Role: Travel Sales Consultant (US Process – PPC/Meta Calls)
Language(s) Required: Bilingual/ English/ Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with international flight bookings.
- Handle inbound calls from PPC & Meta campaigns (US customers).
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel-related services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Experience Required-
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years in experience in Travel Sales (US Process preferred).
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus.
- Experience in handling PPC/Meta inbound calls is mandatory
- Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
