Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to support business requirements, process improvement, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and clients. The candidate should have good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documents, workflows, and reports.
- Coordinate with development, marketing, design, and management teams.
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Convert business requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Track project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct basic data analysis and prepare management reports.
- Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Support UK operations and understand UK client/business requirements.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills:
- 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, workflows, and requirement gathering.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Basic understanding of software development/project management processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Good attention to detail and ownership of assigned work.
Preferred:
- Experience working with international/UK clients.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Trello, or similar project-management tools.
- Exposure to AI-based tools and business automation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
