Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support through chat.
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom services, technical issues, and billing.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Identify and recommend suitable products or services to customers through upselling.
- Meet performance metrics, including Customer Experience Score (CXS), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (2020 pass-outs and above).
- No active backlogs.
- Must have completed 10th + 12th + 3-year Bachelor's Degree (15 years of education).
- 0–3 years of experience in Chat Support, Technical Support, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Experience in Telecom Billing or Telecom Customer Support is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹315,720.06 - ₹1,456,073.81 per year
