Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to promote and sell agro products over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team by communicating product information to farmers, distributors, retailers, and other customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote agro products.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM or company database.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams regarding order status and deliveries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in the agriculture sector.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Agriculture background preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Experience in the agriculture, fertilizer, seeds, pesticides, or agro-products industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language(s) is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
