Job description
- We are hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and explain our products/services to potential customers.
- The candidate should have good communication skills, a convincing attitude, and the ability to follow up with leads.
- Maintaining call records and achieving daily targets is required.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
