Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer communication, lead generation, and sales. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain sales leads.
- Explain products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Inside Sales.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
