Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat
business and increase sales.
2. B2B Partnerships:
- Establish and manage partnerships with other businesses to create mutually beneficial
relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
3. Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure achievement of
targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6 years of proven sales experience in the budget hotel segment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
