Shift Incharge – Production
Location: Barjora
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage foundry shift operations.
- Ensure smooth production in Green Sand molding and CO₂ core making processes.
- Monitor and control molding, core making, pouring, and shakeout activities.
- Operate and oversee RPA 900 molding line and Disha High Pressure molding machine.
- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a foundry environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Green Sand Process
- CO₂ Core Process
- RPA 900 Molding Line
- Disha High Pressure Molding Machine
- Understanding of foundry quality defects and corrective actions.
- Ability to lead shop-floor manpower and manage shift activities.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in high-volume casting production.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (depending on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
