Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search & Performance Max) campaigns across multiple client accounts, from objective-setting through to launch.
- Budget & Bid Management: Own day-to-day budget pacing and bid strategy for each account, optimizing spend toward the CPL, CPA, or ROAS target that matters most for that client.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain accurate tracking — Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 — so every campaign’s performance data can be trusted and acted on.
- Testing & Optimization: Run structured creative and audience testing across active campaigns, and translate results into a clear next move rather than a list of numbers.
- Reporting & Client Communication: Build client-ready performance reports and explain, in plain language, what’s working, what’s changing, and why.
- Creative Collaboration: Brief the creative and content team on what the data shows is converting, so ad creative decisions are grounded in evidence, not guesswork.
- Staying Current: Track platform updates and policy changes across Meta and Google Ads, and bring new tactics to the team ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
- A track record of managing live ad budgets and moving the needle on CPL, CPA, or ROAS.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Performance Max), Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read performance data for both organic insights and paid spend, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts at once in a fast-paced environment, without close supervision.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio is a plus.
