Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in customer interaction, sales, or support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Provide information about products/services
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain a database of customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Gujarati is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
