Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize operational processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Experience in designing scalable and resilient automation solutions to support business-critical applications.
- Familiarity with integration of automation tools within cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
