Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Two-Wheeler Technician to join our Yamaha Service Centre. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining Yamaha motorcycles and scooters while ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and adherence to Yamaha service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform periodic maintenance and general servicing of Yamaha motorcycles and scooters.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel-injection, transmission, braking, suspension, and engine-related issues.
* Use Yamaha-recommended diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate fault diagnosis.
* Identify the root cause of vehicle problems and carry out appropriate repairs.
* Perform engine overhauling, clutch work, transmission repairs, and other major mechanical jobs.
* Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, including FI systems, sensors, ECU-related issues, and starting/charging systems.
* Conduct pre-delivery inspections and quality checks after repairs.
* Follow Yamaha technical manuals, service procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications.
* Ensure vehicles are repaired correctly within the estimated time and with minimum repeat complaints.
* Inspect replaced parts and maintain proper records of repairs and parts used.
* Guide and support junior technicians in technical repairs and workshop procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation and tools.
* Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager regarding vehicle diagnosis, repair status, and additional work requirements.
* Stay updated on new Yamaha models, technologies, technical bulletins, and service procedures.
* Follow all workshop safety, environmental, and company policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
