About the Role
Green Worms is expanding multiple projects across waste management, recycling, sustainability, infrastructure, operations, and technology. We are looking for a highly driven and structured Project Management Officer (PMO) to establish and lead a centralized Project Management Office that ensures projects are executed in a time-bound, measurable, and process-oriented manner.
The ideal candidate should have strong project execution capabilities, leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and exposure to structured project environments in reputed organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and drive the Project Management Office (PMO) framework across the organization.
- Create structured systems for project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, dashboards, trackers, and review mechanisms.
- Coordinate with department heads, operations teams, consultants, vendors, and management.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points proactively.
- Conduct weekly/monthly project review meetings with leadership.
- Standardize SOPs, documentation, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
- Drive accountability and cross-functional coordination across teams.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and management dashboards.
- Support strategic expansion and new business initiatives through structured execution.
Candidate Profile
Qualification
- B.Tech / Engineering Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA in Operations / Project Management / Strategy preferred
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Operations Excellence roles
- Experience in reputed or well-structured organizations preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing, infrastructure, waste management, operations, or industrial projects will be an added advantage
Skills Required
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project Tracking Tools, Dashboards, and Reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership mindset with execution focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
