We are looking for a motivated and energetic Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our sheet metal manufacturing unit. Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production operations
- Assist in achieving daily production targets
- Monitor sheet metal processes like cutting, bending, and fabrication
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Support senior team members in production planning and execution
- Handle manpower and assist in shift coordination
- Maintain basic production records and reports
- Follow safety rules and ensure discipline on the shop floor
- Identify and report production issues
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years
- Freshers can also apply
Skills Required:
- Ability to read engineering drawings (basic level)
- Good communication and team coordination
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary:
- ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to work in shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
