We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Service Partner Manager to manage and expand our network of service partners while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage service partners/vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor partner performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Resolve partner-related issues and operational challenges.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and partner documentation.
- Support business expansion by sourcing new service partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in vendor management, partner management, operations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits
