Explain company products, services, and offers in a clear and professional manner. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Schedule appointments, presentations, or meetings when required. Update customer information and call records in the system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
