Panel Wiring & Assembly
– Carry out internal wiring of PCC, MCC, PLC, synchronization, VFD, and control panels.
– Perform power and control wiring as per approved drawings.
– Install electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs, terminals, meters, and switches.
– Route and dress wires neatly using ferrules, lugs, cable ducts, and cable ties.
– Perform panel interconnections and field wiring support where required.
Technical Activities
– Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings.
– Identify components and wire numbers based on drawings.
– Support busbar installation and electrical assembly activities.
– Assist testing and commissioning team during routine testing and inspections.
– Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing.
