Minimum Must-Have Requirement
Look for candidates with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and prospective property buyers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records and reception registers.
- Coordinate with sales and administrative teams for smooth office operations.
- Manage property inquiry data and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and documentation.
- Handle office correspondence, courier services, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and other office-related activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of real estate processes will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
