About the Job
Are you passionate about helping students shape their future? We are looking for an energetic and motivated Admission Counselor who can guide prospective students, build strong relationships, and drive successful admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and email inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Admissions, Telecalling, Telesales, Education Counseling, or Customer Service is preferred.
