Key Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination & Requirement Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via email and phone.
- Liaise with clients to deeply understand and document their specific product requirements and project scopes.
- Communicate client feedback and updates clearly to the internal production teams.
2. Production Timeline Coordination
- Collaborate with the production team to map out and monitor project timelines.
- Track daily/weekly progress to ensure milestones and final deadlines are consistently met.
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively flag them to management to avoid delays.
3. Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day financial tasks, including generating client invoices and tracking payments.
- Record and categorize daily business expenses and maintain organized digital receipts.
- Assist with basic payroll documentation and coordinate with our external accountant when necessary.
4. Dispatch & Logistics Facilitation
- Coordinate the final packaging and dispatch of finished goods.
- Liaise with courier services, freight forwarders, or delivery personnel to arrange timely shipments.
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation (delivery notes, packing slips, invoices) and track shipments until they safely reach the client.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
